Usage · Dosage

Children and adults over 12 years of age:

The dose is adjusted according to the patient's pain level and response to treatment.
It is recommended to administer 2 tablets as the initial dose, and the interval between administrations thereafter should be at least 6 hours, but do not exceed 8 tablets per day. The lowest effective dose is administered for as short a period as possible.
This drug should not be administered for a longer period of time than necessary, and if long-term administration is required due to the nature and severity of the disease, regular monitoring should be conducted to confirm continued administration of this drug.

The usual adult dose should be administered. However, oral administration of tramadol to the elderly aged 75 years or older increases the half-life of tramadol by 17%, so administer this drug at least 6 hours apart.

For patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance of 10-30ml/min), the administration interval should be extended to 12 hours.
Administration is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min).
